unable to open http vpn proxy

hello

i am trying to open http vpn proxy but enable to open.Error is "Enable to connect to the remote server"
If i am doing same thing at home i can do successfully but not in company network, should we have to open any firewall port so that proxy will work.

Hi there!

Proxy talks to our portal over port 1802. It will change eventually, but for now port 1802 has to be open for outbound traffic.
